About me

Welcome! I am an experienced, Bacp accredited counsellor based in East London. I am working with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement , loss and trauma. I have many years of experience working with individuals, who have experienced historic child sexual abuse, domestic abuse, rape and sexual violence.

I can offer individual, long-term or short-term therapy. I work in an integrative way within a person-centred framework. I believe that we all have the potential to heal from wounds. We can overcome obstacles and challenges that have happened during childhood or during our adult lives.

I offer therapy in English, urdu, punjabi and Hindi. If you would like to arrange an initial session, please give me a call - 07903099368 or email me.
