I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP), Registered Counsellor (BACP) and Clinical Supervisor

With 15 years of experience in the field of mental health and wellbeing, I currently work as a Senior Therapist in the NHS alongside private practice. I offer cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), counselling and clinical supervision. Within the safety and confidentiality of an effective therapeutic relationship, I provide a humanistic and holistic approach characterised by empathy, acceptance and genuineness alongside evidence-based therapy to help you to achieve your goals and live a better life.
