About me

No matter what you’re going through, whether relationship issues, depression or anxiety, there is hope.

As an integrative therapist I provide a safe, compassionate and non judgemental place to talk.

Based in Surbiton my clients get encouragement and support as they navigate the challenges of life.

As we battle the storm of COVID-19 I am currently seeing clients using online video or telephone.

Training, qualifications & experience

I currently work as a psychotherapist within the NHS, speaking with a range of adult patients who are struggling with depression or anxiety. Previous to this I have experience in the charity sector.

I also run a private practice based in Surbiton that offers psychotherapy and counselling to individuals seeking help through video or telephone sessions.

Prior to my psychotherapeutic training and qualifications, I worked in the journalism industry, therefore I empathise and have an understanding of the busy, competitive and demanding nature the media world entails.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
