Suzi Cartwright BA (Hons) Integrative-Relational Counselling MBACP
Feeling stuck and struggling to cope is hard, knowing who to turn to when you are feeling like this can be scary and lonely. In reading this you have already taken the first step in recognising that there is help out there and that you don't need to struggle alone. It can be overwhelming trying to find a counsellor who you feel is "right" for you. I am a fully qualified and experienced therapist and am empathic as to how difficult it can be to take that first step. As an Integrative therapist, I can draw on different counselling approaches to meet your own unique needs.
My aim is to offer you a warm, caring and respectful non-judgemental space in which we can explore your issues together and support you in finding clarity. We will work at your pace with whatever you want to bring to the sessions, which will be confidential. This might only take a few sessions or even just one, but sometimes longer term counselling can be more helpful, especially in addressing and changing ingrained patterns of behaviour.
