Adults & Adolescents:
I work with both adults and adolescents from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, gently exploring areas of their lives and issues they would like to address.
I have experience working with adolescents (14 years and above) both in school and in private practice.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Animal Assisted Therapy; this is a niche approach to counselling, which can be particularly helpful to those who are particularly anxious about seeking therapy. Bear is a Yorkipoo who is there to offer unconditional support and comfort to anyone who wishes to explore this option. Research supports Animal Assisted Therapy in helping with reducing anxiety levels and improving overall well-being.
Payment required at bank transfer. Deposit required 24 hours before initial consultation and from then on, full payment to be made on the day.
All sessions are currently over the phone or online.
At present I am fully booked but will look to take on new clients in late June.
Sessions are usually on a weekly basis, however this is flexible according to your needs and requirements.
