The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Specific experience working with Young People
Animal Assisted Therapy; this is a niche approach to counselling, which can be particularly helpful to young people or those who are particularly anxious about seeking therapy. Bear is a Yorkipoo who is there to offer unconditional support and comfort to anyone who wishes to explore this option. Research supports Animal Assisted Therapy in helping with reducing anxiety levels and improving overall well-being.
£40 per 50 minutes
£30 per 50 minutes for student counsellors
Evening & Weekend sessions carry a £10 surcharge
Payment required as either cash or bank transfer & to be paid on the day. Initial sessions require a 50% deposit, to me made at least 24 hours in advance to confirm the booking. In case of cancellation; within 48 hours, a 50% charge will be required, and within 24 hours, the full fee will be payable.
Sessions are usually on a weekly basis, however this is flexible according to your needs and requirements.
