About me

My motivations for becoming a Psychotherapist were to help people feel better. I believe there is nothing more important than happiness, and if I can help someone feel happier in themselves, for me, there's no better job.

If you've reached a point where you need some extra support from someone completely separate from your personal life, who is professional, understanding and approachable, then please do get in touch. The idea of seeking counselling can be a daunting prospect, but please be assured that only good things can come from being brave and taking that step. We all need a bit of extra support at certain times in our lives - we are human.

I am bound by my ethical guidelines as a member of the National Counselling Society, so all information given will be completely confidential.
