I offer short and long term individual and couples therapy in either Kingston (KT2) or Kings Cross.
We all face difficulties and frustrations at various points in our lives. Bereavement, the loss of a loved one, divorce, redundancy, end of a relationship, a change in fortune, a change in circumstances. All can bring us to question the very meaning of life, to question who we are and why we live the lives we do. Sometimes, we need a little help, the time, support and space to examine what is happening, and why this might be.
Therapy provides an opportunity to pause, take time and reflect on the life you are living, a safe place to explore your feelings and experiences. A chance to look at the ways in which you are not as happy and fulfilled as you would like to be, as you deserve to be, and to begin to consider why this may be and how this could change. Through open exploration, you can begin to understand the choices you have made, the relationships you have formed, the turns your life has taken, to face your anxieties, accept and process your difficult emotions be it grief, envy, anger, and to better understand yourself and your nature.
For couples, therapy provides a contained and safe place to explore the nature and origin of the conflicts in your relationship, and identify the opportunities to heal, grow and transform.
