The York Clinic For Integrated Healthcare
296 Tadcaster Road
I have been in practice since 1988 in York.
I offer the following therapies at The York Clinic for Integrated Healthcare:
- Life Coaching
I work with individuals and couples.
I work with a wide range of issues, including all anxiety, stress and relationship problems. Relationship problems include the areas of couple counselling, separation and divorce, and family problems.
People come to me needing help with bereavement issues, problems in the workplace, phobias, insomnia, IBS and also for help controlling pain.
I also help patients deal with weight problems and smoking cessation; this is through a combination of Counselling and Hypnotherapy. This combination allows the individual to look at a personal problem, understand and clarify it, and reach their own informed decision as to what to do about it.
Positive thinking, regaining confidence and learning relaxation techniques and self hypnosis are all part of this life-enhancing process.
I offer life coaching to individuals and marital therapy for couples.
I am also an experienced supervisor and mentor for therapists working in counselling and hypnotherapy.
Most counselling patients are also keen to learn relaxation techniques so I do have high quality relaxation CD's available to help them continue with their therapy at home.
Appointments are offered from the York Clinic for Integrated Healthcare which is a very convenient location for patients. There is a private car park behind the Clinic and it is on bus routes numbers 4 and 13. It is also possible to walk from York Railway Station.
I am fully insured and am regulated by professional organisations (see below ).
