About me
I offer counselling for individuals and couples (including non-romantic relationships where no more than two people are seeking support) in South Bristol and online. I work primarily with the challenges we can encounter in relationships, whether that's as a couple, between family members, or our relationship with ourselves as individuals.
Whatever your needs, I understand how important it is for you to be heard. Whether you are looking for counselling as an individual, a couple, or another close relationship, I will treat whatever you bring with the respect and seriousness it deserves by providing you with a safe space to explore your feelings without judgement.
I also have appropriate training and experience of working with traumatic experiences such as sexual or domestic abuse.
My counselling service is based just off the Wells Road in Knowle, Bristol which is easily accessible by public transport.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling from the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling and a Diploma in Couples Therapy at the Centre for Relational Couples Therapy in Stroud. I'm an Accredited Professional Registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £50 for individuals and £75 for couples.

My office hours are Monday to Thursday from 10.30 am until 7 pm.
