Susan Thomas MBACP Dip Couns

About me
Talking to a professional in confidence may help you to understand and acknowledge the feelings you are experiencing and enable you to begin to move forward in your life.
My role as a counsellor is not to tell you what to do, but to help you explore your options in life and to gain greater self-awareness.
I aim to provide a safe, confidential and respectful environment for you to share and explore any emotional problems that may be concerning you.
I offer an initial meeting free of charge that will give you a chance to understand how our sessions would work and what to expect from counselling.
Training, qualifications & experience
Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Practice.
I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I follow their code of ethics.
I have three years experience as a bereavement counsellor, and I also have experience of depression, anxiety and identity issues.
