Sue Smith MBACP (accred)
I offer a safe, relaxed, confidential environment where you can look at the issues that concern you with someone who will not judge you, but will seek to help you gain more understanding and acceptance of yourself and those around you.
I work with the whole person and seek to know you individually and help you understand how issues impact upon you. Therefore I am happy to work with any individual, whatever their issues.
I can use hypnotherapy, which is a consensual state of altered awareness, within my counselling as appropriate to harness my client's own healing resources in order to heal, calm and promote positiveness in his or her life. These calming and anxiety reducing sessions enable clients to take control of often debilitating symptoms, including panic attacks, and gain more confidence in themselves. Physical problems and chronic conditions as well as the symptoms of the menopause have also greatly improved through counselling and hypnotherapy.
I work at my home, not far from the M6/M55 interchange at Broughton, North of Preston and I am also able to see clients in their own homes.
