About me

I have 8 years experience working with clients who have a range of emotional problems such as depression, post natal depression, relationship/family issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, anger and bereavement. I can provide short or long term counselling/psychotherapy, depending on your needs.   Please feel free to discuss with me any issue that you are struggling with.

I am a member of the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) and a Registered Member MBACP of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I abide by the code of ethics and professional practice standards and complaints procedures of UKATA and BACP.

I am registered with Data Protection and fully insured with PPS.

I am committed to my Continuing Professional Development and I am supervised by a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist.

I offer a free telephone call where we can discuss your issues and work out if counselling/psychotherapy would be suitable for you.
