Anxiety? Couple and Relationship issues? Depression? Life changes? Stress?
Life changes trigger many difficult issues. For example the birth of a baby, changing job, couple and relationship issues, loss .... at such times it can help to reach out and talk things through in a safe confidential space.
Client responses illustrate how empowering this experience can be. Some talk about carrying a heavy burden into the session and how the process of talking with a professional therapist allows them to feel able finally to put the burden down.
My commitment to you is to offer a safe space where I will listen to you non-judgementally, working collaboratively with you to explore your deepest thoughts and feelings and help you to make important changes and live life more fully.
I work in a person-centred way drawing on a range of therapies including EFT for couples, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness practice. My experience as a psychotherapist has taught me that no one approach suits everyone as each client is unique.
I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended or time limited basis and have both daytime and evening availability. I offer the first session without commitment to further sessions.
To book a first session without ongoing commitment please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07768384737. Or to learn more visit www.srcounselling.net
