About me

As you are visiting my website it is probably because you are considering whether you need the extra support I can provide you over and above that provided by friends and family. Counselling may help you look at the issues you have and explore ways for you to move forwards either by resolving them or finding new ways of coping.

I have a special interest in work related stress and anxiety as a result of my background in occupational health nursing but I also see clients needing support with many other issues.

I am trained as an Integrative Counsellor which means that I use a combined approach that brings together different elements of specific therapies. We are all different and an approach which suits one person may not necessarily suit another.

Everything discussed at a session is completely private and confidential except in rare situations where confidentiality may be broken but I would discuss that at your first session.
