About me

Currently spaces available for both counselling clients and supervisees.

I work face-to-face, online and by telephone.

People come to counselling for a variety of reasons; perhaps you are struggling to cope with recent change or there are long-standing concerns which you feel you would benefit from addressing with someone who is able to listen to you, offer acceptance and empathise.

As an integrative counsellor, I can tailor sessions to your particular needs, whether that be looking at how events in the past can influence our present, working on current experience or addressing unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours.

I am a qualified, professional Counsellor with experience of working through a wide variety of issues with clients such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, spiritual crisis and bereavement. Within my practice, I provide a safe and confidential space where together we can address the life circumstances that are causing you distress.

Clients can attend for a short number of sessions or longer term counselling, we will work together to decide the best way forward for you.

Fees are £50 per session.

NOTE: if you get in touch by email, please check your spam folder as my response may find its way there!

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

My main office is on the ground floor with a small step at the entrance. However, I am able to use another accessible location if required.
