Susi De Lacey MBACP; Dip IIP - Speak to Susi Training & Counselling Services
Are you a professional struggling to juggle work with family or caring commitments? Maybe you have a highly stressful role. Have you have experienced a bereavement, work related stress, redundancy, divorce or separation or have difficult childhood memories? Perhaps you live abroad as an Expat? Do you struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-worth, fearfulness, insomnia, or loneliness? Some clients find their home has become disorganised or they have been hoarding items.
I use creative techniques and some CBT exercises to help clients overcome such issues by developing self-encouragement and motivation. I focus on looking at how your birth order, childhood family, early recollections and perceptions growing up affected your coping strategies and patterns of behaviour in adulthood.
Together we can work together to increase your confidence, self-esteem and coping strategies with encouragement and support.
