About me
You have taken the first step by looking for a counsellor and I would like to help you move forward in your journey.
I have a Diploma in CBT therapy and qualified in 2019 but I also work with other fields of counselling too. I work with all types of issues and have a particular interest in working with people who have body image issues.
During your first session we will discuss your goals and aims for counselling and I will ask you a little bit about you. We will also complete a confidentiality contract.
During our sessions we will work collaboratively to work towards your goals and aims.
