About me

Are you feeling worried, depressed or confused and don't know where to turn?  I work with people suffering from anxiety, depression, bereavement, divorce, trauma, relationship issues and work-related difficulties.

I work from a client-centred perspective, which means that I adapt my way of working to suit the client.  I am familiar with humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches.  Whether you want some support going through a difficult time in your life, or some coaching to help you achieve your goals, I will help you to work to get to where you want to be.
