Or perhaps you may want help dealing with negative feelings that may be connected to any particular event. I provide holistic counselling which aims to help balance both the mind and body, and am able to help with a range of issues including:

- overeating/binge eating disorder

- stress and anxiety
- depression
- anger management
- confidence and self-esteem issues
- relaxation techniques
- relationship issues

As I believe that every individual is different, I prefer to work in an integrative way using the models of counselling and techniques which will suit you best.

EFT/Matrix Re-imprinting Sessions

I also offer EFT and Matrix re-imprinting sessions which are powerful techniques that enable you to re-write your memory so that old belief patterns no longer control you subconsciously. These sessions are highly effective in treating a range of symptoms.
