Loss and grief can be something you have carried for a long time or maybe a sudden end of relationship, work or bereavement - talking through the emerging feelings can help you reach a point of acceptance and peace.
I am a psychodynamic integrative therapist and I work in a non directive way .
As a therapist I can offer you a real, non judgemental, unconditionally regarded, safe and respectful relationship of equality for real conversation with measured reflection. I can also offer a safe, comfortable, calm and a peaceful place within a contained space to provide the opportunity to explore your wishes and dreams, reflect into the past and explore the past into present to make sense of your present problems.
In a therapeutic setting I can be present to walk the walk with you to be there with you during that time when you find it hard to manage difficult feelings and you can learn how to manage and be comfortable with distressing feelings.
I can be present to share the burden of loneliness, you can have the opportunity to experience the relationship of equality which is all about you, you can walk with me as a professional but still human with no agenda of my own to explore your story, dreams, wishes, thoughts and imagination without your inner judge , and justification, you can hear yourself say out loud what you want to say and can make sense of it for yourself.
You can find the direction to your goals and can set small tasks to positive changes on the way toward your wished journey, you can navigate your journey and learn how to deal with the obstacles of your path toward your destiny.
Therapy improves health and well-being of individuals, talking about feelings keeps you connected to yourself - to have close relationship with yourself to improve self esteem and insight, therapy encourages and empowers you about making your own decisions choices, making positive changes, resolves emotional, psychological and relationship issues.
