About me

I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor. I understand that life can be challenging. Sometimes it's hard for you to cope with it all on your own and you may find it difficult to ask for help. I am here to offer a warm, confidential space to help you to explore any issues without assumption or judgment. Issues such as anxiety and depression are on the increase; you don't need to be alone in your struggle. I approach counselling from an integrative approach. I have an advantage of being able to pull from several sources of therapeutic theory and will use the skills that suit you best. I offer short-term therapy to longer, open-ended therapy. I can also offer counselling from your own home via video chat or telephone.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.
