About me

I understand how hard it is to reach out for support and I welcome the opportunity to explore with you issues you are finding difficult at the moment. I work with grief and loss, anxiety, stress, low mood and depression,  panic attacks, loneliness and low self esteem along with many other issues people experience in their day to day lives and I also specialise in Couples Counselling.

I provide face to face Counselling and Supervision in Boston, Lincs and also offer telephone and video calls as well as Walk and Talk therapy.  Using a combination of person-centred and CBT methods I tailor my therapy for every client as everyone is unique.

The relationship between a counsellor and client is built on a foundation of confidentiality, trust and absolute respect.  I never judge and I consider it a privilege to support all my clients and help them find the tools needed to deal with things from their past and present and to enable them to look forward to the future.

If you are unsure if I am the right counsellor for you or would like to know more about how counselling can help please message me for an initial chat, free of charge. We can discuss what you are going through and then decide the best options for you.

I genuinely hope you find the support you deserve and thank you for taking time to read my profile.
