Sue Wright - Adv.Dip. Counselling, CBT, Art Thpy, Couples, Supervisor,NCS Acdt,
I understand how hard it is to reach out for support and I welcome the opportunity to explore with you issues you are finding difficult at the moment. I work with grief and loss, anxiety, stress, low mood and depression, panic attacks, loneliness and low self esteem along with many other issues people experience in their day to day lives and I also specialise in Couples Counselling.
At my private practice I provide face to face Counselling and Supervision in Boston and Lincoln as well as online video if preferred and I use a combination of person-centred and CBT methods totally dependant on you as an individual
The relationship between a counsellor and client is at the core and is built on a foundation of confidentiality, trust and absolute respect. I recognise you are unique, I never judge and I would consider it a privilege to support you and help you find the tools needed to face issues you may have experienced in the past, present or encounter in the future
If you are unsure if I am the right counsellor for you or would like to know more about how counselling can help please message me for an initial chat, free of charge. We can discuss what you are going through and then decide if you would like a face to face or video session. I genuinely hope you find the support you deserve and thank you for taking time to read my profile.
