Sue Wright Adv.Dip. Counselling, Dip.CBT, Dip Art Therapy, NCS Accredited
I understand how hard it is to reach out for support and I welcome the opportunity to explore with you any issues you are finding difficult at the moment. I work with grief and loss, anxiety, stress, depression, panic attacks, loneliness and low self esteem along with many other issues people experience in their day to day life and I am also trained in Couples Counselling.
At my private practice I provide face to face counselling in Boston and Lincoln as well as providing online video counselling using a combination of person-centred and CBT methods totally dependant on the individual.
The relationship between a counsellor and client is built on a foundation of confidentiality, trust and absolute respect and I recognise everyone is unique and I welcome the opportunity to support you in your journey.
Feel free to message me to arrange a free twenty minute telephone assessment where we can discuss if you would like to book a face to face or video consultation
