About me

I understand how hard it is to reach out for support and the fact you are reading my profile means you have started to recognise it is okay to ask for help. I welcome the opportunity to explore with you issues you are finding difficult at the moment.

I work with grief and loss, anxiety, stress, ADHD, low mood and depression,  panic attacks, loneliness and low self esteem, body confidence, relationships along with many other issues we all encounter at some point in our lives.
I also specialise in Couples Therapy with a dedicated program tailored to each couple.

I provide face to face Counselling in Boston, Lincs and also offer telephone and online (zoom) sessions as well as Walk and Talk therapy.  Using a combination of talking therapy, CBT and Hypnotherapy I tailor my therapy to every single client as I appreciate everyone is unique.
I also offer supervision to other Therapists as well as students working towards qualification.

I offer a range of options from:

  • one off emergency session (within 48 hrs subject to availability)
  • 1-1 sessions on an ongoing basis weekly or fortnightly
  • short term therapy where clients want to see results quicker and can give the time and commitment to work intensely (4-6 weeks - I only offer five of these spaces at a time) - blocks of four or six sessions
  • Couples sessions

I work extremely hard on my own personal development so that I can give the best possible solutions to my clients.  I also invest in a beautiful therapy room as I believe our environment has a massive impact on how we feel during the therapy process.
I appreciate therapy can be expensive and I honestly wish there were more options available for people to get free or subsidised therapy.  If the cost of therapy is an issue I would strongly suggest you speak to your GP at the earliest opportunity to get on their waiting list or you can self refer for talking therapies.

The relationship between a counsellor and client is built on a foundation of confidentiality, trust and absolute respect.  I never judge and I consider it a privilege to support all my clients and help them find tools to deal with life’s challenges

Finding the right therapist is never easy.  I am sure you have a lot of things to consider when selecting who will feel right for you.  I offer 100% commitment and passion to my clients and you can be assured that I will have your back every step of the way

If you are unsure if I am the right therapist for you or would like to know more about how therapy could help you please message me for an initial chat. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation

We can discuss what you are currently going through and then decide the best options going forward. I will be very open and honest in the consultation as it is also important you understand what therapy is about, the work involved and if you feel ready.

I believe in getting the best results for you but it does take both a financial and time commitment, however, I promise you it will be worth it!

I genuinely hope you find the support you need and please do not give up searching as we all deserve to be listened to. Thank you for taking time to read my profile.
