I have been trained in a number of approaches to psychotherapy and have experience of working briefly and in long-term relationships. I aim to provide consistent and reliable opportunities for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings in a supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere and to help you to understand what is happening to you and around you. We might look at the ways that experiences have shaped your thoughts and feelings about yourself, your relationships and the situations in which you find yourself and confirm or discover the choices open to you.
Your story is unique. I try to be flexible, working with you in a way that suits you and your circumstances. At the end of the process I hope you will have a better understanding of yourself that will provide a strong foundation for whatever happens next.
