I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and I am qualified to deliver therapy to both children and adults. I am a fully accredited member of BABCP.
Therapy is guided by a careful and thorough initial assessment of your issues. Following this a treatment plan will be agreed collaboratively.
What can you expect from me?
Well, most importantly I am committed to working with young people and adults to improve their emotional health and wellbeing. In the first session we will explore together what has brought you to the experience of seeking help right now for yourself or your child. This will be done gently and at your own pace. We will see if we think we are a good fit to work together and there is no pressure to continue after the first session if you feel doubtful that I have anything to offer.
I am passionate about my work and continue to invest heavily in my own development and learning so that my toolbox is as well-stocked as possible to help YOU!!
I maintain client confidentiality and adhere to my professional code of ethics at all times.
