Baldwins Gate, Newcastle Under Lyme
I am a BACP registered counsellor, my specialities are working with clients with relationship issues, and people, especially women, who have health and health care related problems.
I provide a quiet place and a safe, caring and respectful relationship where together we can explore your emotions, thoughts and feelings about what’s going on for you.
You will have space and time to reflect on what you want to bring to our sessions. There is no formal agenda, aside from what you need.
I provide non judgemental listening, and as our sessions progress, maybe some ideas or offerings for you to reflect on.
I see clients in a designated private room on the ground floor in my home, a quiet secluded spot which is a few minutes’ drive from Baldwins Gate village, near Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire.
I am also close to the Cheshire and Shropshire border with easy access to the towns of Crewe, Nantwich, Market Drayton and Loggerheads, and the villages of Madeley, Ashley, Audlem, Bridgemere, Woore, Wrinehill, Betley and Eccleshall all within easy reach. I am just 15 minutes' drive from junction 15 of the M6.

I am an Integrative Counsellor, and I practice this with a person centred focus.
What that means is I can offer many different therapeutic approaches, for example, psychodynamic, transactional analysis, mindfulness, moment by moment body awareness, behavioural activation and cognitive behavioural therapy as and when it maybe helpful for you.
However we will focus in the main on where you are, your needs and aims, and what you want to consider. As we get to know each other, we will build a relationship which will be fundamental to your healing.
