Baldwins Gate, Newcastle Under Lyme
Are you struggling with anxiety, relationship problems, low mood, or low self esteem and feel that you need some help?
Or do you have difficulties related to a diagnosis, surgery, or a bereavement, that has impacted on your emotional wellbeing? These sorts of events can really knock us, causing anxiety, high stress levels, poor sleep, and low mood.
I can help you with these problems, by supporting you to take a gentle and kind look at yourself, and listening to you with impartiality and compassion. Of course I cant change your life situations, but together we can change how you relate to them.
Those first steps to seeking professional help can feel daunting, and opening up to a complete stranger is never easy. During our work together, we will always progress at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
I am a fully qualified and BACP registered counsellor, used to talking to people with a wide range of emotional issues. I offer you a calm quiet space so you can explore what's going on for you.
My speciality is couple counselling and working with clients, especially women, with health care issues, and food addiction, but I can help you with all the usual types of issues that people come for therapy for.
I see clients in a designated private room on the ground floor in my home, a quiet secluded and rural spot which is a few minutes’ drive from Baldwins Gate village, near Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. I offer both long and short term work.
I am also close to the Cheshire and Shropshire border with easy access to the towns of Crewe, Nantwich, Market Drayton and Loggerheads, and the villages of Madeley, Ashley, Audlem, Bridgemere, Woore, Wrinehill, Betley and Eccleshall all within easy reach. I am just 15 minutes' drive from junction 15 of the M6.
