About me

I am a qualified counsellor with a private practice in Dorchester which has been operating for 10 years. I offer a safe space in which clients can talk confidentially about their difficulties and feelings. I support clients with depression, anxiety, stress & panic disorders, bereavement, relationships, self esteem and confidence issues.

I also have extensive experience working with young people for Relate, the UK’s largest provider of relationship support which has been established since 1938.

Counselling is a talking Therapy. It helps many people because feelings are important and need to be heard and acknowledged. Talking to someone helps if you're feeling alone and isolated, it helps to make sense of what you are feeling and why. It can also help to identify problems, broaden your understanding and help you find possible solutions to life’s many challenges and stresses. Together we will look at issues that may be affecting you emotionally, physically or psychologically.

Talking to a qualified professional can give you the support to find your own solutions.

I offer a first session discount to really get an understanding of your needs and be sure that you are comfortable to work with me and we feel we can build a good working relationship.
