About me
As a relational therapist, I aim to develop a safe and supportive environment where people of all ages can explore their challenges, strengths, and personal growth. My approach focuses on building meaningful connections, understanding the complexities of human behaviour, and promoting emotional healing through compassion and acceptance.
Working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, I aim to help them navigate often-overwhelming emotions by creating a therapeutic space built on empathy and understanding. I believe that each individual's experience is unique, and I tailor my therapy sessions to address the causes of distress while equipping clients with tools for resilience and self-discovery.
Complex behaviour issues often require an in-depth and nuanced approach. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify the underlying patterns contributing to these behaviour’s, offering support grounded in relational understanding. Using evidence-based practices alongside compassionate listening and reflection, I help clients develop strategies to create positive change in their lives.
Children and young people face unique challenges that can show as anxiety, depression, or behavioural complexities. My therapeutic approach prioritises building trust and rapport, enabling young clients to feel seen and heard. Through age-appropriate interventions and creative methods of communication, I empower children and adolescents to express their emotions, build self-confidence, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
For adults, life transitions, relational difficulties, and emotional challenges can often feel isolating. My work with adult clients' centres on uncovering deeper insights into their relationships with themselves and others. By inviting a compassionate and non-judgemental atmosphere, I guide individuals to reframe their experiences, enhance their emotional well-being, and achieve personal growth.
Central to my therapeutic practice is the belief in compassion and acceptance as pillars for transformation. I aim to honour each client's story, encouraging a relationship where vulnerability is met with warmth and understanding. By focusing on relational dynamics, my goal is to help clients build stronger connections—both within themselves and with others.
Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, complex behaviour issues, or navigating life's challenges, my commitment is to walk alongside you on your journey. Together, we will create a pathway toward healing, resilience, and growth.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
