Stephen James FdSc CBT - Spec. Sports Counselling. BACP member
I work privately with people of all ages, from home in Stratford upon Avon.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help people overcome specific issues in their life or to help identify the causes of low mood, depression and/or anxiety, and put specific strategies in place to help overcome them. My approach also helps my clients to work on areas of their life that maybe less clear.
I am proud to be able to offer therapy for sports related issues such as sporting injuries, retirement from sport at any level for any reason.
People can invest a huge amount of energy and emotion in sport so when it's taken away due to injury, for example, it can have a detrimental effect on their life.
I am an independent member of the BACP.
I offer a free 30 minute meeting in order to help clients decide if my approach is one they would find helpful.
