About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, but aren’t sure why?

Do you find yourself struggling with emotions that seem out of control, or behaviours that you can’t explain?

You might be feeling disconnected, constantly on edge, or find yourself reacting strongly to situations that seem minor. These patterns and emotions may stem from trauma, which can leave lasting marks on your mental, emotional and physical health.

Trauma isn’t just about what happened to you; it’s about how those experiences are affecting you now. You don’t have to live with these struggles alone.

Whether online or outdoors through Nature-based Walk and Talk Therapy, I specialise in helping people make sense of their experiences - past and present - and move beyond them.

My approach puts you at the centre, ensuring that you feel safe and supported as we work through your difficulties together in a way that works for you.

Through online sessions or outdoor, walk-and-talk therapy, I provide a confidential space where you can explore your feelings without judgment. If you’re ready to take the first step towards feeling better, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to help you find clarity, peace, and a path forward.

Wheelchair user access info
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.
