I integrate Mindfulness practice into my therapeutic approach along with the more usual CBT practices.

I have many years experience of delivering CBT in group formats for anxiety, depression, insomnia, behavioural activation, mindfulness and relaxation.
I have experience of working with people across a wide age range from adolescents to older adults, who have had a broad range of mental health issues (including severe and acute mental health problems).
