About me

Are you unhappy or confused in your relationships with others? Perhaps you are a parent who feels stressed, anxious or overwhelmed? Maybe you are tired of constant arguments with your spouse, and long to feel more loved and valued? Or possibly you feel lonely and unsure of how to connect with others in a meaningful way? If so, I can help.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with people who are struggling in their relationships, whatever those struggles look like. I work with children, teens, couples and families to figure out what they would like to be different in their lives, and then identify simple steps to help them feel healthier and happier. I work with individuals alone, as well as with couples and multiple family members together in the therapy room.

My style is collaborative, warm and supportive. Together we can come up with a plan that will help you to feel happier and more empowered.

You can reach me by calling 07522842012 or emailing me. I would be happy to meet with you for a discounted initial consultation session, where we can discuss our further work together.

My office is located in the centre of Newmarket, with ample parking in the nearby car park and on street parking, and within walking distance of the train and bus stations. Newmarket is centrally located, near Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Thetford, Mildenhall and Lakenheath.
