Grief ; Losing my mum was so difficult as she was my best friend as well as my mum. Talking my thoughts out to you enabled me to move forward with my life. Sue.
Relationships : I was lost as to how to deal with my emotions as I did not want to lose my marriage but felt very lonely all the time. Talking things over with you enabled me to re focus and re connect with my wife. Pete.
Trauma : The abuse I was subject to in my childhood came back in a surprising way. I thought I was going mad ! Thank you Steph for listening and not judging me. Anne
