I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist and have extensive experience of working one-to-one with adults and young people in a variety of NHS and private settings. Within these settings I have helped clients with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and bereavement.
My service is confidential, non-judgmental and professional. I believe that everyone is an individual and we all need different forms of help at different points in our lives. Therefore I work collaboratively with each client to provide the best possible, tailored service.
Whether we work together for a short time or over a longer period, there will be regular points at which we review the therapy. This is important to make sure that you are getting the help and support that you need.
I am able to offer short- and long-term one-to-one therapy, as well as therapy via Skype. The sessions take place once a week and last 50 minutes.
CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 UPDATE
In order to minimise the spread of coronavirus I am taking on clients for online therapy only at present - at a reduced rate. When the situation becomes more stable I will be able to move clients from online to face-to-face appointments.
Getting in contact
If you are interested in having therapy or have some questions about how I work then please feel free to send me an email or give me a call. I'll respond as soon as I can to see if I can help (and if not I'll try to point you in the direction of someone who can).
A first session can be daunting if you have not experienced any counselling in the past but I will do my best to put you at ease. Its a good opportunity for me to find out more about you and for you to check out how I work and if you would feel comfortable working with me.
