Sophie Coutand-Marin, MBACP
Hello and welcome!
If you feel that something isn’t quite right in your life at the moment, and you find it difficult to share it with friends or relatives, getting in touch with a counsellor might be a place to start.
I support my clients going through challenging times, by offering them a non-judgemental space to talk things through at their pace. Together we can unpick particular issues troubling you, even if you find it difficult to pin point exactly what that might be.
Coming to counselling is a sign of sanity and maturity, and it can be as long or as short you decide.
I am a BACP Registered counsellor and a certified cyber therapist offering counselling in English, French and Spanish. I believe that there is no single approach that can help all clients in all situations. In this way, I have trained within a range of modalities, and adapt my approach to suit my clients' individual needs.
I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life struggling with a broad range of issues such as: depression, bereavement, anxiety, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, relationship issues, self-esteem/self-acceptance, life stages adjustment, integrating into a new country and culture, phobias & fears, anger, and disability.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
