About me
I am a Psychosynthesis Counsellor and Psychotherapist with extensive experience in palliative care, loss, and bereavement.
I offer you a welcoming, supportive, and confidential space to explore your particular difficulties and struggles. I will help you gain new perspectives on yourself and your current situation.
While we each have particular hopes and expectations, there are periods when life can feel empty and meaningless. This can occur at specific life stages, such as menopause or around retirement, or after a bereavement or life-threatening illness. However, these feelings of loss can also occur unexpectedly at any time.
I am passionate about the value of listening to and responding to individual stories. From personal experience, I understand the importance of being heard by someone independent in a safe, contained, and confidential space.
I offer single short-term or long-term therapy specialising in support for:
- bereavement, loss, and grief
- the psychological and emotional impact of life-changing or terminal illnesses such as cancer
- living with chronic illness
- life crises and life transitions such as retirement, career change, and difficulties in mid-life and older age
- loss of identity
- periods of feeling stuck in your life
- loss of meaning and purpose
- personal development
I can help you:
- to look back and review your life and regrets with new perspectives
- by providing a container for you to express complex emotions such as anger, frustration, grief, sadness, shame and guilt
- to find a renewed sense of self
- to establish improved relationships
You can email me via this website or call me on 07776 250996. If I can't pick up, please leave a message, and I will get back to you ASAP.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
