Hi, I am Sonja, welcome to my page.
Taking the first step to look for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
Life can sometime be complicated and challenging, and you may find yourself in a place where you are feeling vulnerable, lonely, or maybe hopeless.
I am here for you to offer you a space where you can tell your story without interruptions and judgments.
Talking therapy can help you find some clarity and to make sense with the confusion that you may experience . When life seemed to be too hard to cope with and everything feels like a big struggle I can help you ease the feelings of pain and support you through your healing journey.
As an integrative therapist I tailor the best support to help you reaching your goal. Most of my working career I have been supporting individuals who have experienced trauma especially at the early age. I also specialise in working with survivors of domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse, low self-esteem, anxiety, identity issues, attachment difficulties.
I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

I offer online/telephone 50 min session. The counselling fee is £60 per session and it is subject to change if you require in person session or home visit.
I offer special rate for individual on low income and students.
The therapy I offer is open end but I can also offer a brief focus therapy of 8 or more sessions.
