About me

Whether you are experiencing a crisis or whether you just want to talk and  figure things out, you will be provided a safe space where you will be heard without judgement or pressure.

You will receive a personalised service, specific to your needs, I use a range of therapeutic approaches according to your personal circumstances.  Together we will work at a pace that is suitable for you, whilst working to bring about a change that will improve your  well-being and provide you with skills that you can drawn on througout life and when facing future difficulties.

I am experienced in working with clients of various races, cultural backgrounds, abilities and age group in a context of settings.  I work with  individuals aged 16 and above covering a range of issues i.e: terminal illness, bereavement and other losses, sexual violence , domestic abuse, panic disorder, low moods, self esteem, depression, stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties,  family issues, cancer, special needs issues, work issues, debt, obsessive compulsive disorder, personal development, crisis of faith and more.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor (meaning I use different therapeutic approaches).  I am a registered member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The Black, African and Asian Network (BAATN)

Based in Central Wandsworth I provide an inclusive service, with accessible premises.
