About me

I provide you a safe space where you will feel and be heard without judgement or pressure, where you are free to release inhibitions and be the real you.

Whether you're in crisis or just want to talk and  figure things out you will receive a personalised service. I utilise a range of therapeutic approaches according to your individual needs

I am experienced in working with clients from various race, cultural backgrounds, abilities and age groups in a context of settings. I work with a range of clients including clients and family members who have or are experiencing special needs, terminal illness, bereavement and other types of loss, low self esteem, depression, stress, anxiety, PTSD, relationship difficulties, work difficulties, sexual violence, domestic abuse, PTSD.

I draw on years of experience & knowledge when working with clients affected by domestic and/or sexual abuse/violence and also utilise experience gained from over 20 years experience in the field of special needs when working with clients with special needs.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor (meaning I utilise a range of therapeutic approaches).  I am also a registered member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The Black, African and Asian Network (BAATN)

Based in Wandsworth, I provide an inclusive service.
