Whether you are exploring therapy options for a particular reason, or you want to further examine some aspects of your life experiences. I provide a reflexive, curious, non-judgmental, and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
I welcome all individuals regardless of their previous therapeutic journey. My first session with you will seek to understand what brought you to therapy and the potential ways I can help. Together, we will look into what way works for you and what doesn't.

WHAT TO EXPECT
If you would like to work with me, the first thing you would need to do is book an introductory session to explore what brought you to therapy now and how I can help you achieve your goals. In this session, I will briefly explain different therapy models and their ways of impacting change.
In this session, you will gain a sense of who I am and more about how I provide my service. We can then decide the next steps in your therapeutic journey. In the following sessions, we will develop a detailed plan together on how to work towards your aim. We will revise our plan at regular intervals to monitor your progress.
We may use some questionnaires to help us to rate how you are feeling. You will be in control of your journey alongside me.
Change is possible when we became aware of the necessity of making a difference. Once the awareness is at a level to activate the self of urgency for change, then the difference begins.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
UK Council for Psychotherapy
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Children are the most effected by current pandemic and I am having more inquiry than ever from children and young people parents . I have 6-12 weeks sessions for children and young people to help them feel free from Depression and Anxiety.
