About me
Sola Jung (MBACP) engage 2 reconnect wellbeing ltd is a growing face to face and online counselling service.
About me
Thanks for checking my profile. I’m an integrative counsellor meaning I draw from different modalities of therapy when working with clients. This allows me to provide support across a wide range of issues. I’m dedicated to helping you and groups navigate your journeys toward emotional well-being and personal growth. With various experiences in health and social care, adult's mental health services and older adults mental health and dementia care, I believe in a holistic approach that combines various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet your unique needs.
My social work background inspires me to empower others to overcome challenges through understanding, empathy, and support. My experience in mental health has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities individuals’ face, while my work with those living with dementia has taught me the importance of compassion and patience in fostering connection and comfort.
What I offer
In my practice, I draw from a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centred techniques, psychodynamic, transactional analysis and mindfulness. This integrative approach allows us to connect deeply, fostering a safe and mindfulness, supportive environment for your healing and growth.
I offer both individual and group sessions, recognizing the unique benefits that group work can provide. In these settings, we can share experiences, build community, and learn from one another in a collaborative space, often leading to profound insights and connections. I also offer diverse therapeutic counselling work to individuals with presenting issues such as domestic abuse, bereavement, anxiety, depression, relationship building, self-esteem and confidence building.
As a life coach, I focus on helping individuals set and achieve personal and professional goals. Together, we can identify your aspirations, overcome obstacles, and develop actionable strategies for success. My goal is to empower you to create a fulfilling life aligned with your values.
I look forward to the opportunity for us to work alongside each other on your path to a more balanced and meaningful life.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
