BASED IN ROCHDALE, OLDHAM & SADDLEWORTH
Welcome to Sukoon Counselling, I offer a holistic approach towards welllbeing with the view inner calm (sukoon) can be achieved with a balance between our body, mind and soul. My counselling sessions are offered in a confidential and therapeutic setting, where you can feel safe enough to let the process take a natural flow by being in charge of your own journey.
I consider each person as a unique being and respect your individual experiences by working with a open mind towards any issues/concerns you bring into the counselling room. By providing you with a non judgmental and emphatic platform, I facilitate and encourage your process to embark upon a journey that leads to becoming more aware of your inner feelings and thought processes.
Whether it is a personal issue, relationship problems, going through crisis, change, feelings of despair/hopelessness, loss or bereavement, people from all walks of life, at one point or another experience difficulties and distress. Sukoon Counselling aims to support you on your journey to strive towards a place of inner peace (Sukoon) and contentment.
Sessions last for 50-60 minutes and the number required will be agreed together depending on your individual needs.
