Siobhan McNulty Hons Adv. Dip Psycotherapy & Counselling (MBACP)

I have been working in the area of Psychotherapy for 10 years, and I currently practice from the Mindtalk private practice in Market Harborough.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space and use a variety of creative methods to help clients gain more clarity, explore different perspectives and find a way forward.
I have helped young people & adults with a wide variety of emotional problems, using Humanistic & Integrative psychotherapy for individuals who struggled with Depression, Anxiety, Panic attacks, Trauma, PTSD, Abuse, Addictions, Relational Difficulties, Fertility Issues, Mood Fluctuations, High self-criticism and/ or Low self-esteem.
Sometimes we just need support in life's challenges
Whether its brief counseling or longer term psychotherapy in a safe and nurturing environment, you can be supported in life transitions, unexpected challenges or you may just want to get to know yourself better.
“Building a relationship of trust, honesty, and safety is at the centre of what I do. I am there to support my clients as they discover their unconscious patterns, that at one time were probably useful, but which now may be holding them back from becoming their True Self. Therapy allows healing, growth and allows clients to let go of old hurts or difficulties and move forward”
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.-Anaïs Nin"
