About me

Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your life’s direction? Struggling with stress, anxiety, or low self-esteem? Do you ever ask yourself, “Who am I?” or “Where am I going?” Perhaps you're seeking a happier, healthier version of yourself, or looking to improve your decision-making and relationships? Above all, do you long for a space where you feel heard and supported?

Hello, I’m Sindy. Together, we’ll explore the various factors influencing your well-being and personal development. Beyond traditional counselling, I incorporate spiritual, holistic, and healing practices to support your journey toward growth.

Our work together will be a journey of self-discovery—one that’s empowering, liberating, and transformative. I will help you clarify your goals and work alongside you as you move toward positive change. Through a fresh perspective on your challenges, we’ll identify where changes are needed and create a clear path forward.

I believe therapy is a sacred space where you can feel truly heard, express your emotions without fear of judgment, and work toward healing in every part of your life.

My mission is to support you holistically, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit, and helping you step into the woman you’re meant to be.

How We’ll Work Together:

By looking at you from a holistic perspective, I’ll help pinpoint areas for growth that will enhance both your mental and physical well-being. Together, we’ll explore all aspects of your being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—to guide you toward greater clarity and strength.

My approach is completely bespoke, drawing on my professional expertise, life experience, and my deep passion for empowering women. Through our work together, you’ll gain the tools to realize your true potential.

To stay aligned and centered in my own life, I regularly practice yoga, attend fitness classes, and meditate daily. I’m also an avid reader, love spending time in nature, and enjoy walking my dog. My commitment to personal growth and inner freedom is the foundation of the work I do with you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
