About me
Hi, thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
Life has it's ups & downs, it can throw curveballs & be overwhelming.
How can we try to understand why this is? How can we try to understand ourselves & the reasons why & who we are?
This is where counselling can help. I can provide you with a non-judgemental, confidential & safe space to explore what is going on for you.
How do I do this? I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist.
This means that I work with different modalities/theories & ways that suit you, helping you to reach your goal, in the way that you want. Therefore, making it a tailored approach to each client, which in turns guides my work. I can provide both short-term or long-term therapy, I am led by you.
I can also work creatively, at your request. That can mean using using various resources, helping you to explore your thoughts & feelings, at your pace. It's absolutely up to you.
We don't always know how to express ourselves. These ways of working can help break the ice & reduce anxiety when we can't find the words.
I aim to help you explore how you can best be yourself, living amidst the confusion & challenges life brings.
Overtime, wounds will begin to heal & a sense of clarity will start to appear, allowing you to become freer, moving towards a more fulfilling life with a greater sense of hope, peace, confidence & love.
Our work together will help you to become clearer about what matters most to you, knowing & embracing who you truly are & what gives real meaning, purpose & satisfaction to your life.
I will offer you a secure space to explore any issues, as you wish.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
