Available face to face, phone and video with flexible hours and limited concessions available.

What To Expect From First Contact

Together, we will discover the way forward through issues such as anxiety, adultery and betrayal, depression, grief, family, panic, phobias, relationships, separation and divorce, stress as well as many other areas that can negatively impact one’s life.

We will work together to solve your current problems and improve your positive thinking and behaviour in as few sessions as possible. Amongst many other things you will discover valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles as you move forward in life.

Contact me when you are ready. I'm confident that by working together we can begin to map out an effective pathway to improve your overall wellbeing.

My Aim and Tailored Approach to Fit Your Need

The aim from the very first session is to help my clients resolve their current difficulties, and to create positive changes in both their personal and professional lives. I create a safe, trusting and confidential space to help achieve this.

I hold a belief that no one single approach can treat all clients. That is why I use an integrative counselling and psychotherapy approach that combines different therapeutic approaches and tools to fit the individual need of each client. My integrative approach includes the use and practice of Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytical Therapies.

Areas I Can Help You With

Areas that my individual therapy sessions have helped clients with include but not limited to:

Addiction - Affairs and Betrayals - Anger Management - Anxiety - Bereavement and Grief - Career - Confidence and Low Self-esteem - Depression - Divorce and Separation - Dreams - Family Issues - Feeling Sad - Low Mood - Phobias - Relationships - Work-related Stress - Work life balance.

Free Initial Consultation

I also understand that trying to choose the right therapist can be confusing. That's why I offer a free initial first consultation by phone or video that ask clients to allow 60 minutes for, to provide a space where I can listen to what you need and you can hear how I can help.

Registered / Accredited

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

UKCP

UK Council for Psychotherapy

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
