About me

Perhaps you've noticed difficult patterns in your life to break free from. Recurring struggles can often be a sign that unresolved experiences are seeking attention.

Addressing these challenges takes courage, and I'm here to support you on your journey. Together, we can explore the complexities of your relationships, early life, and thought patterns, empowering you to find healing and create a more fulfilling life.

Training, qualifications & experience

“As a practising psychotherapist with over 15 years experience, I offer therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and those struggling in relationships.” When we feel heard and understood, we have the strength to confront feelings of shame and abandonment.

Simon is trained in London, UK, and holds a CPPD – Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. He completed his postgraduate clinical training in attachment-based psychoanalytical psychotherapy at The Bowlby Centre.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
