About me

I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I work with the client as a unique individual who may benefit from any number of philosophies and approaches.  My most favoured include humanistic therapy, hypnotherapy REBT and healthy dollops of psychosynthesis...

I feel confident working with a broad spectrum of presentations. I have worked with people 16 years of age and up, covering a range of distress, from social issues, bullying, self-esteem, confidence, self-harm, trauma, loss, grief, depression, anxiety, phobias, spirituality and so much more.

What can you expect from me?

Safety, absolutely no judgment at all, freedom to speak without filter, a space to leave your funk behind you (don't worry, I have a built-in funk-bin), a real person who will gently challenge you to challenge yourself, techniques of a wide variety if and when you need them, and the held freedom when first stepping out of your comfort zone to truly focus of your self.

I do not presume to know all. I am no expert on your life. YOU are. You may have forgotten how, or never really accessed your own expertise before... but it's there and we can find it together.

I can offer online Skype sessions and telephone sessions after we develop a trusting therapeutic relationship face to face.

I look forward to connecting with all new clients, so please do get in touch if you feel I may be able to help you help yourself.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.
