About me

I am a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate challenges in their sexual and relational lives. I offer online therapy and will soon provide face-to-face sessions in Southwest London. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore, heal, and grow.

Whether you’re experiencing painful penetration, arousal or desire difficulties, sexual dysfunction, or challenges stemming from sexual trauma, I am here to support you. For couples, I can help improve communication, rebuild trust, and address issues such as differing levels of desire or reconnecting after infidelity.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, helping you uncover the root causes of your challenges while equipping you with practical tools to foster meaningful change.

I am inclusive of all genders, sexualities, and relationship styles, including those exploring non-monogamy or navigating sex and disability. I also provide psychoeducation to help you better understand your challenges and take informed steps toward greater intimacy, confidence, and connection.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call where we can discuss any questions you may have. If we decide to work together, we will begin with an assessment session to gain a deeper understanding of what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Together, we will agree on a treatment plan and regular session times.

Further information

In my work, I integrate humanistic and psychodynamic methodologies, including person-centred therapy and transactional analysis, to explore and transform patterns rooted in past experiences. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you reshape thought patterns that may contribute to distress.

My holistic approach includes mindfulness, somatic practices, and psychoeducation on sexual anatomy and healthy communication techniques. This ensures therapy not only addresses the underlying causes of issues but also equips you with practical tools for managing present challenges and building fulfilling relationships.
