When you are seeking counselling, finding the right counsellor is the first and most important step – that might mean something a little different for each person, and I believe you know what you need. I believe that the way you feel when we work together, is key for you to feel understood and safe to explore whatever brings you to counselling. I am a qualified, Person-centred counsellor and member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) offering friendly, confidential, online and telephone Counselling.
I aim to provide a space in which you feel seen, heard and accepted. I will not judge you but seek to understand your situation. I will respect your needs and treat you with respect as you explore the issues you are facing at your pace. Whether you are working hard to make changes in your life, relationships, your job, anxious or depressed, are dealing with one or multiple issue’s but are just not getting on track, I am committed to working with you, to provide support to your unique needs and support you in reaching your goals.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

I work in a Person-centred way which puts your needs and goals at the centre of the work we do together.
I work online or via telephone and it is important to me that we can form a safe and trusting working relationship, allowing you the time and space that you need to get the best out of therapy. I believe you are the expert on you and so the work we do together will be based on what you bring to the session and will be guided by your needs. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will listen, see and accept all that you bring and work with you to find a path that meets your needs.
I also offer walking therapy where we meet in an agreed place and therapy takes place as we walk side-by- side, where we can utilise the environment around us to foster a sense of calm and use nature to inspire personal insight.
