Welcome. I offer a professional and confidential counselling service for individuals and couples. I work integratively which means that I am able to adapt my style of counselling to meet the needs of each person. The main approaches I use are person-centred, gestalt and psychodynamic. I work in an honest and down to earth way.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that I work within a code of conduct and ethics as directed by BACP and am accountable for my work. I am also a member of CAPPP which is a networking organisation for counsellors and psychotherapists in private practise in the south west of England.
I offer short-term and long-term counselling.
I work from home in a village just a 5 minute drive from J.19 of the M5 so am within easy access of Wales, Bristol and surrounding areas such as Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea and Backwell.
