About me

As an Integrated counsellor I believe everyone is unique. I am able to adapt the counselling to suit the client, drawing on different theories and techniques.  Sessions are fluid what works one week may not work the next so if you will think AAT or Walk and Talk will help you, I am able to integrate them into our sessions.

You are the expert on yourself. I provide a safe space for you to explore the reasons why you have come to counselling and we will work together to reach your desired goals. But underpinning all of our work will be empathy, honesty and respect for you the client.

So if you are thinking about counselling and don't know what to expect, don't be afraid to make the call because the call is the first step to getting the help you need.

I am passionate about Animal Assisted Therapy as I have seen the amazing results it brings.  In training I worked with a variety of animals from horses to rabbits, helping clients with a wide range of presenting issues.  Friendly and non judgemental the animal just wants to be the clients companion during the session. If you would like to try AAT I will be happy to introduce you to Daisy and Drew my two guinea pigs.
