About me

I offer Counselling & Psychotherpay to adults and young people, over 18 years of age, with a wide range of issues, such as: Anxiety, Depression, Self Esteem, Self Harm, Suicidality, Relationship, Trauma, Bereavement and Grief.

Therapy can be short or long term, tailored to your needs.

My core taining was in Transactional Analysis (TA) , however, I integrate in my work other modalities, as well.  If you are interested to know how I use TA in my work, please go to my website: www.shiridobsontherapy.com

I view Counselling and Psychotherapy as a dynamic process, created between us. I play an active part in this process by reflecting, asking questions and sharing. The work will empower you to be an active participant on your journey of change.

My aim is to support you in exploring and understanding what is concerning you in your life,so you can gain relief and confidence in finding a way forward to live your life in full.

I see clients primarily online, via Zoom platform, at the moment, but can offer face-to-face sessions as well, if you prefer, in Hove clinic, where covid saftey measures are in place.

Both platforms are done in a confidential setting, where we can connect and engage and have powerful moments and experiences in acheiving profound outcomes.
