Hi, I offer online counselling using the Zoom platform and walking-talking (outdoor) therapy in the Haywards Heath surrounding area, to adults and young people over 18 years of age.
I have a particular experience and interest in working with anxiety, relationship, self-esteem issues. I also counsel Expats who struggle to adjust and find their personal identity in a new country and culture.
My core training was in Transactional Analysis (TA), but I integrate other modalities as well.
My aim is to support you in exploring and understanding what is concerning you in your life, shedding light on unhealthy patterns that you may have developed and replacing them with new healthy ones, so you can gain relief and confidence in finding a way forward to live your life in full.
Our work together will empower you to be an active participant in your journey of change at your pace.
Let's have a no-obligation informal chat to explore how we can work together.
I am a member of UKATA & NCS, abide by their codes of ethics and am fully insured.

To help you get started -
I believe that it requires a lot of courage to take the first step in asking for professional support, whatever your circumstances are. So if you wish to move forward contact me for a no-obligation informal chat to share your concerns and to determine if the therapy I offer and myself as a Counsellor are the right fit for you.
Then if we happy to carry on, we will set up our inital session.
In the inital session I will explain how the Counselling process works, we will talk about what do you want to get out of Counselling and we will also follow some formal procedure and assessments, which will enable us to form a working agreement between us.
Further on-going sessions will be normally on weekly basis, at the same day and time.
